第二節 研究建議
研究建議章節藉由先檢視本研究可能的研究限制，並進一步延伸至對於未 來相關研究上的研究建議。
（一）研究限制
研究限制可由資料方面的限制來進行切入，而資料方面的侷限進一步影響 至分析上的限制，以下將研究的限制分成兩個方面進行說明。
1. 功能性變項資料方面
研究者僅能取得台灣大專院校校務基金收入資料，無法獲得更為詳細的校 務基金運作內涵資訊及產學合作方面的確切收入金額，故對於產學方面的功能 性因素影響部分無法進行更為精準的探討。功能性變項資料方面的限制造成了 功能性影響因素在分析與比較的完整程度上產生侷限，研究者僅能就大專院校 校務基金收入資料進行功能性因素的分析。
2. 正當性意義分析方面
蒐集的台灣大專院校學術型育成中心相關資料中所包含的相關資訊無法明 確得知學術型育成中心所含有的具體、詳細且能影響行動者實踐的正當性意 義，學術型育成中心的正當性意義無法僅透過資料的蒐集而被完整掌握，這也 成為本研究在資料方面的研究限制。有關學術型育成中心正當性意義資料的限 制則進一步限縮了研究對於學術型育成中心在正當性意義上的分析空間，無法 將學術型育成中心所具有之明確的正當性意義進行系統性的說明並於組織制度 論的理解當中加以補充。

（二）研究建議
1. 由基礎性研究進行延伸
本研究核心議題為台灣大專院校學術型育成中心的成立與擴散現象，此研 究題材於過去研究中較為少見，因此本研究的定位是在為台灣學術型育成中心 提供組織制度論觀點上的基礎性分析，完成基礎的、初步的理解。未來研究可 根據本研究之研究結果作為基礎，並進行更為深入的探討，例如：選定某一大 專院校性質領域、系所領域或是聚焦於某一時期學術型育成中心所展現出之擴 散現象，開展更為深入的學術型育成中心分析，對於基礎的研究結果進行補 充。
2. 學術型育成中心詳細正當性意義的梳理
本研究對於學術型育成中心所具有之正當性意義探討受到資料上的限制，
而無法進行完整的梳理，因此建議未來研究能利用訪談或其他研究方法來獲得 學術型育成中心正當性意義的完整輪廓，將詳細、明確的正當性意義納入研究 中，理解學術型育成中心所具有的明確正當性意義如何進一步具體地影響領域 中行動者的行動選擇，對於組織制度論的理論觀點與制度性影響因素能有更為 深入且全面的探討與說明。
3. 學術型育成中心於擴散階段後的發展探討
本研究提供台灣大專院校學術型育成中心成立與擴散過程階段的分析，擴 散僅是學術型育成中心在台灣大專院校中發展過程的一個階段，接收擴散後成 立的學術型育成中心在後續實際上的執行運作與育成成效本研究並未著墨。因 此，建議未來研究可由學術型育成中心在擴散階段後的發展與其在各大專院校 中的執行方式、運作績效面向進行切入，了解並追蹤學術型育成中心在經過普 遍化成立的擴散階段後之發展情形。
