研究限制與展望

首先，本研究一共為兩百篇新聞，但因需要進行對比之緣故，每項變因 主要為一百篇新聞語篇。本研究架構共有十種分類，類別繁多，因此每個類 別歸納出來的語料數量不多，建議後續研究新聞語篇數量可增加，研究量化 結果數據也會更加理想，對隨後的質化分析也有益處。

其次，因華語和法語文字系統的差異，無法以後設論述和字數比之方式 看出後設論述使用頻率，蒐集語料時也無法在兩語言之字數間取得絕對的平 衡，因此筆者在此僅能使用篇幅多寡以及篇數相同的方式來取得相對的平衡 標準，但這方面還須詳加斟酌。

最後，本研究中有些後設論述分類並無語料數亦或是語料數極少，建議 後續可針對特定分類做更進一步的深入探討，採取較具針對性的方式討論後 設論述在網路新聞分布的情況。

鼎王麻辣鍋爆出湯頭藥材不實引起外界關注，台中市政府衛生局長黃美娜今 天在市政會議進行專案報告指出，衛生局稽查人員在事件爆發後，前往店內 稽查，發現業者三年前已變更湯頭並未添加三十多種中藥材，但店內菜單卻 標示湯頭採用三十二種中藥材熬製，且菜單中還宣稱東北酸菜鍋「製造過程 中加入天然果醋」，但經查證業者是添加「工研醋」，已違反食品安全衛生 管理法第 28 條第 1 項規定廣告不實，開罰 20 萬元。此外，對於鼎王官方網 站標榜「金針菇具有療效」，衛生局再裁罰 80 萬元罰緩。

台中市衛生局表示，當天抽驗地瓜丸、山藥丸、大陸妹、秀珍菇、豆腐、

酸菜、高麗菜、牛背肩等 9 樣食材，檢驗防腐劑、色素、農藥殘留、瘦肉精 等，預計週三檢驗報告出爐。至於麻辣鍋底的原物料辣椒粉、八角粉、胡椒 粉等食材，因源頭在高雄市，已移請當地衛生局進行抽驗，目前全案將移送 檢方偵辦。
