第四章 研究結果與分析

第三節 研究限制與建議

一、 研究取樣方面

本研究僅針對一家及傳統性癌症病房之癌症病患的照顧者 收集照顧者之照顧負荷、憂鬱程度與其生活品質,建議未來的 研究可探討安寧居家療護對居家照顧者照顧負荷、憂鬱程度與 生活品質之成效。另外,本研究之有效樣本數為 41 人,若能增 加樣本數,更可增加其推論性。

二、 研究設計方面

本研究採縱貫性研究,實因為研究時間及人力之限制與研 究場所之治療方式,追蹤時間為出院時至出院後第四週,相信 延長追蹤之時間,更可發現壓力性照顧負荷者之憂鬱程度與生 活品質變化之情形。另外,追蹤之間隔及時間點的選擇,更須 注意,建議追蹤時間點之間隔至少於二週以上,除了基準點 外,追蹤次數以 2 次為較佳,減少個案之拒絕。

三、 研究工具方面

照顧者照顧負荷量表(CSI)是一簡易篩選工具,然而無法 區分壓力性照顧負荷之來源,建議測量工具可針對不同的照顧 負荷來源,作更深入之探討,以便作為護理措施之方向。

我是長庚大學護理學研究所研究生胡綾真,指導教授為陳美伶 老師,本研究為了解您在家中,照顧病患時所經歷的自身感受與想 法,請就您個人的觀點表達出照顧病患以來的生活品質、照顧負荷 與情緒感受,希望藉研究的發現,可以提供更多有關居家照護中照 顧者的資料,做為日後發展居家照顧的參考。您所表達的內容,均 採不記名方式,絕對保密,資料的分析,一切以團體意見表示,對 於您的家人目前所接受醫療照顧不會造成任何影響。

此計劃共有四次訪談問卷過程(出院時、出院後第一週、第二 週及第四週),在這過程中您可以隨時提出問題,亦可隨時退出研 究,歡迎並感謝您的參與。
