第二節 研究限制與建議
本研究受限於 OSIRIS 資料庫的資料提供,使得本研究於探討與經營績效相關
專利數等。未來可將半導體之高科技產業細分產業類別成為產業分群概念予以討 論,如晶圓製造、封裝、測試等產業,以便更完整研究與探討。此外,因環保的意 識抬頭,半導體在製造過程中會對環境產生污染,可考量納入相關的非欲意產出變 數,如污水排放量、廢氣與廢棄物處置等,也許將會得到有別於本研究的結果,有 待於後續研究去作更深入地探討關於半導體科技廠商之績效評估議題。
