第五章 結論與建議

第四節 研究限制與建議

本研究不僅參考了國外學者期刊的研究成果運用於問卷與題項上,更致力 於建構研究架構與研究假說之推導。但部分細節仍礙於研究時間、人力與費用 等多重限制,仍有不盡完備之處。因此,提出以下研究限制與建議,作為後續 研究者參考的研究方向,說明如下:

一、縱斷面研究的建議、研究時點之建議

本研究僅作某一時點之測量,屬於橫斷面(Cross Section)之研究,研究 僅針對臺東縣金峰鄉東 64 線發展觀光前期參與愛上東 64 輕旅行等活動之 遊客進行調查研究,並無法瞭解各變項在不同時空背景或外在經營環境變 動所造成之影響。因此,建議後續研究者可以從事縱斷面(Longitudinal)研 究之分析,未來研究可針對不同時點繼續作後續追蹤調查,如短期的目的 地忠誠度與長期的目的地忠誠度加以對照比較,進一步瞭解其變化趨勢與 驗證變數間的因果關係。

二、其他研究範圍的建議、針對特定族群的遊客做研究

本研究僅以臺東縣金峰鄉太麻里溪流域的東 64 線(正興至嘉蘭部落沿 線)作為現地調查的範圍,未來研究可進一步延伸至其他跨域整合的鄰近社 區,進行部落旅遊的社區資源調查,如新興部落沿線的東 63 線道、金崙溪 流域的東 66 線道(賓茂至歷坵部落沿線)等,藉以檢驗本研究模式的效度延 展性。為在有限的資源裡做最大效益的運用,本研究之受測對象為一般社 會大眾,未來研究可針對特定族群的遊客(如登山、攝影愛好者、環島旅行 者等特定族群)做深入探討其影響目的地忠誠度之因素,藉以作為其他領域 開發的參考依據。

三、其他研究主題建議

臺東縣金峰鄉有靜態(如原民文化、建築語彙)、動態(如年祭、洛神花 季及小米季等活動)、體驗性活動(如溫泉泡湯、陶藝體驗)等類型之休閒活 動。希望未來的研究能尌各主題規劃、發展方向、設施服務等方面進行研 究,以提供管理單位更好的經營與地方發展意見,滿足遊客需求並促進地 方發展。

四、其他變數及現有變數建議

在變數考量上,本研究在中介變數上僅考量「滿意度」及「目的地認 同度」二項變數,建議未來可以將知覺價值(Perceived Value)(So, King, Sparks & Wang, 2013)、遊客涉入(Tourist Involvement)(Xu & Zhang, 2016)、

地方依戀(Place Attachment)(Chen & Phou, 2013; Xu & Zhang, 2016; Kumar, 2016)、目的地信任(Destination Trust)(Chen & Phou, 2013; So, King, Sparks

& Wang, 2013; Kumar, 2016)等心理變數納入考量,將可更周延理解建立影

響遊客忠誠度的心理歷程。此外,在本研究研究變數的題項考量上,雖然 採用目的地吸引力所衡量的題項為遵循國外學者發表於觀光領域所採用的 最新量表,其部分構面題項過少,可能無法全面衡量出真正的子構面內涵,

未來研究者可詴圖再透過探索性研究重新檢證並發展出更全面性的目的地 吸引力量表;而另一目的地人格變數,重點在於目的地所體現的特質屬性 是否與遊客特質產生關連性,由於部落存在不同原住民文化特性,未來研 究建議可將原住民族地區差異性及不同文化族群納入研究,將可更周延理 解部落旅遊中文化層面的目的地吸引力與族群之間獨特的目的地人格,如 何應用於部落特色定位,發揮於地方特色產業的觀光發展。
