研究限制與後續研究發展

一、研究限制

因本研究受制人力、時間以及金錢的限制,無法在谷關溫泉地區真正在12月 至3月的旺季進行問卷的發放,導致樣本無法更明確的顯示整個旅遊旺季的意見。

二、後續研究發展

(1)本研究因受限於人力、時間與金錢的限制,故無法呈現出谷關溫泉區整個旅

遊旺季的意見,因此建議後續研究者可以拉長在谷關溫泉區當地的問卷發放,使 整個研究可以更清楚的表達真正的意見。

(2)本研究因研究的目標是整個谷關溫泉地區的整體溫泉意象、消費情境,導致

研究方向有點過於太大,因此建議後續研究者可以把欲研究範圍縮小,例如:谷

關溫泉地區的飯店服務品質、谷關森林遊樂區的消費情境服務品質等,讓研究的 目標可以更詳細且精確。

(3)本研究只單純探討溫泉意象、消費情境及涉入程度對於消費者之消費行為之

關係,但結果顯示出均屬於正向關係,因此本研究建議後續研究者可以加入干擾 因素,致使研究結果可以呈現出更多樣的結論。
