5.3 研究限制與後續研究者建議

一、研究限制

本研究之研究限制將以列點方式說明:

1. 本研究以台灣企業雇主為主要發放對象,對於國外企業雇主意見的取 得相對來說較為不易,因此,本研究僅以台灣企業雇主為主要研究對 象。

2. 本研究問卷由於發放管道的因素,大多以中小企業以及服務業為主,

台灣較具規模的製造業與科技業公司問卷對於本研究來說較難採集。

然後,本研究中產業別的差異並未造成研究太大的偏誤。

二、研究建議

本研究之研究建議將以列點方式說明:

1. 本研究僅以政府實習政策來進行相關研究,對於沒有參與實習之新鮮 人無從得知企業雇主留任人才的依據,因此,建議未來研究者可以針 對國內外論文與期刊,以不同的角度切入分析,以給予更多實質性的 幫助。

2. 本研究僅以人力資本探討台灣企業雇主在實習後對於學生留任意願之 影響,然而本研究認為在全球化產業迅速發展的情勢下,影響企業雇

主留任學生的因素不僅止於此,因此,建議未來的研究者可以針對國 家或產業別的差異細部探討,給於政府更明確的政策制定參考。

3. 由於本研究對於企業雇主之年齡、職務、產業別僅作敘述性統計,若 後續研究者想了解不同類型的企業雇主對留任學生的影響之差異,可 以針對年齡、職務及產業別進行更深入的研究。
