第二節 研究限制與未來建議
在本研究中,主要以中華民國財政部的「賦稅再造資訊系統專案」為研究對 象,並且是以先前研究人員進行蒐集的第一手訪談資料逐字稿作為分析標的。由 於在研究時點,此資訊專案已告一段落,因此無法親身觀察到專案管理角色、專
案開發角色、以及使用者在專案進行當中的互動實況,進行研究結果的進一步確 認,因此本研究是從先前研究員取得歷史資料,受限於資源、時間、空間等因素 的影響,僅有專案中三個角色內部分高階層人員的訪談,並綜合幾位高階層人員 的人格特質結果為該專案角色的整體特質,由於資訊專案成員組成可能多元,所 以未來研究可進行更多中階、甚至基層專案成員的訪談,並綜合高階、中階、基 層專案成員的人格特質結果進行分析討論,應能更全面檢視專案團隊中不同角色 的人格特質。
此外,因為本研究以單一個案作為探討對象,並以個案中的訪談逐字稿作為 主要分析的來源,在研究分析上仍有許多的不足與限制,因此在後續的研究上,
考量到不同資訊專案可能因大小、涵蓋範圍、利益關係人等有所不同,即便是一 樣的團隊成員組成落差,也有可能在專案進行時出現不同的狀況,未來可進行多 個個案的檢視與分析,應能更深入並全面地了解資訊專案團隊績效與成員特質組 成之間的關聯。
