第三節 研究限制與未來研究建議
一、本研究僅以台北某一家醫學中心作為收案場所,考量台灣各地區城鄉差異與醫 學層級不同(醫學中心、地區醫院、診所等)可能有資料的偏差,建議往後相 關研究可增加其他醫院資料。
二、本研究為橫斷性研究,收案對象為兩組不同對象,可能因樣本差異對研究結果 有所影響,建議以後研究可進行介入性研究,針對同一群護理人員實際實行 12 小時輪班制度後再進行後續追蹤,可較確立其相關性並可擷取護理人員對於不 同輪班制度變化之感受及適應方式。
三、針對 12 小時輪班制度護理人員疲勞相關研究,建議之後可進行每日工作時數、
睡眠時數與相關疲勞指標變化之研究,並輔以病人照護指標監測,較可釐清長 時間工時對護理人員身心健康與病人安全之影響。
四、本研究中本打算使用「小米手環」當作輪班護理人員客觀睡眠資料測量工具,
但由於廠商無法提供精確的信校度資料,可能會讓收集後的資料推論上有所偏 誤,再加上該手環亦無法測量夜班與大夜班的白天睡眠時數,經費限制也無法 購得有精確信校度資料的腕動計,故經討論後決定移除由小米手環測得知所有 資料,不納入本研究進行分析,建議往後相關研究可利用腕動計來測量睡眠相 關資料能更客觀評估護理人員睡眠品質。
