第三節 研究限制與未來研究建議
在研究限制方面，首先，本研究關於海外資產比例方面的資料，需要由研究 者逐筆檢視企業的海外關係企業，自行認定篩選出有實際營運活動的關係企業來 加總海外資產，除了無力處理多年度的資料外，在篩選的過程中不免遇到其公開 資訊不足以辨識是否為空殼公司的情形，判斷上很容易出錯導致高估或低估企業 海外資產。而且，即便完全判斷正確，本研究海外資產部份僅以單一年度報告的 資料為依據，可能會出現抽樣誤差，跟研究範圍內的五年期間平均情形不一致。
以上數據的偏誤有可能造成海外資產比例這個變數的解釋能力變差。用平均值來 代表公司營運的國際化程度，其數據比較適合解釋本模型中的平均負債對權益比 例及風險值。
其次，本研究嘗試建立一成熟度指標來區分各公司的國際化營運環境，來代 替過去較不精確的已開發國家跟開發中國家二分法，然而，不論是金融深化程度 CTP，還是資本深化程度 MTP，本研究都沒有取得完整的各國數據，一部分需 要找相似區域或相似經濟體的 CTP 值來代替，可能會產生偏誤。而且，用來當 作加權平均權數的海外資產比例僅使用單一年度的資料為依據，不夠具有代表性。
未來研究者可嘗試採用其他較可靠的開發程度指標，也許可以更準確地量化各個 國家市場成熟度的差異。若能搭配長期平均的海外各個市場資產比例來作權數，
比較貼近公司在不同海外市場的涉入程度，加權過後的綜合指標會更準確描述各 公司的國際營運環境。
最後，本研究使用每季資產報酬率的標準差作為營運風險的指標，但是 2004~2009 五年內各公司的資產報酬率資料只有 6 至 17 筆，數量不多，各筆間 隔時間也不全相同，因此可能產生抽樣誤差。比較理想的指標是連續六十個月每 月獲利的標準差，可惜本研究沒有取得公司每月獲利的資料，只能退而求其次。

本研究對未來研究者的建議如下：第一，若要沿用相同模型，則需要設法改 進公司海外資產的資料，並且可用其他指標來評量公司的國外市場環境。第二，
本研究採用事件研究法，無法反映企業剛進入新市場時經驗不足以及資訊不對稱 可能造成的影響，建議未來可嘗試用樣本追蹤研究法，探討企業國際化程度逐步 增加時，其營運風險跟借貸能力如何跟著改變。最後，本研究也建議未來可以採 用企業訪談或問卷的方式，詢問經營者公司進行國際化之後營運受到哪些影響、
跟銀行的借貸關係受到哪些影響等相關問題；若有業界的實際經營經驗支持，本 研究對於國際化如何正面影響、或負面影響風險及借貸的推論將更可靠。
