第三節 研究限制

資料取得完整性本研究資料來源為全民健保資料庫 1997-2004 年全國特殊需求資 料檔、20 萬人之健保抽樣歸人檔等資料，但可能影響電腦斷層掃描 利用之因素，如生活型態或其他個人特性等則無法由上述資料中取 得。
二
、疾病分
類系統前後之差異因 2000 年前健保疾病分類採 A-code 及 ICD-9-CM 並行，本研究 採用 A-code 疾病分類方式將精神疾病分成十類來分析，目前健保已 改用 ICD-9-CM 疾病分類方式將精神疾病分成三十類。A-code 分類方 式雖然涵蓋較廣，能將 ICD-9-CM 診斷順利轉換，但對某些單一精神 疾病則較無法深入探討。
