第三節 研究限制

本研究聚焦於都會少男的簡訊文化,但實際上並未以性別和城鄉因 素的差異解讀質化資料,造成「性別」和「都會」位置的曖昧不明。此 外,第四章主要著墨於少男個人與所屬(一或多個)簡訊圈成員的互動,

未一併呈現出不同簡訊圈彼此較量的權力競爭的論述。雖然訪談中少男 偶爾會「他們」和「那群人」來表達對於其他團體的不以為然,但受限 於簡訊圈的性質相當封閉,未能詳盡敘述,而闕漏了這部份的討論。

研究方法上則因簡訊行為的零碎和私人,未能實際參與少男們的日 常情境,只能依賴日誌和訪談的主觀詮釋理解少男的簡訊觀點。關於研 究發現中,提及少男在簡訊表演和生活上的形象落差,則借助於簡訊圈 成員對彼此的陳述和覺察。

第四節 結語

這個夏天,雖然好像什麼都沒做過就過去了。 但是總會留下一些什麼吧。 留下什 麼,我們就變成什麼樣的大人。

張士豪,《藍色大門》

這段話是藍色大門中張士豪對孟克柔說的話。對於正值青春的他們 而言,學校和生活只是由一堆無聊的例行公事所組成。在電影裡,每當 主角被社會的權力框架否定,尌會跑到體育館樓上,躲在牆後陎書寫著 什麼。最後鏡頭帶到了這一堵牆,上陎滿滿的是胡亂、難以辨識的塗鴉,

卻包含著青春中最重要的心事。

論文終於寫到這裡,在隨著六個男生度過半年的簡訊生活後(深入 訪談後我們一直還有斷斷續續的聯絡),簡訊給我的感受莫過於這兩句 台詞。少男們握者手機,讓整個城市飛舞著秘密、嬉鬧的訊息,也許這 些反抗並不足以顛覆權力的桎梏;或許對成人而言,這些簡訊遠比學生 生活更加無聊,但重要的不是簡訊文本的解讀,而是簡訊本身尌蘊藏了 彼此的陪伴。在簡訊之後,少男們交換過秘密、爭執過、迷惑過也嬉鬧

過,這些回想起來好像沒有重點的「什麼」,卻是少男們唯一自己決定、

真實擁有過的生活。如同電影牆後那些彼此覆蓋的塗鴉,標誌的既是存 在過的成長煩惱與認同憂慮,也是少男們最色彩繽紛的創造與力量。

Foucault 的異托邦,源自於權力不帄等的反動;Goffman 的自我展 演,也隱含了社會制度的期待和制約。因為社會對於少男的禁欲和禁仙,

少男只得以簡訊費洛蒙秘密地發展社交儀式、演出對成人生活的想像。

然而,若我們能夠給予青春期的少男,更充裕的自由和空間—去犯錯、

去學習,他們或許不必壓抑地以簡訊進行自我的加冕和賦權,而是能將 游擊的戰略和戰力,轉化成更多彩的青春印象。
