綜合本研究所獲得的結果以及討論,做出以下幾點結論:一、在出拳方面,在經過 核心訓練後,實驗組的出拳速度顯著提升,而出拳期時間在訓練後則顯著比對照組短,

可以推測核心訓練對於拗步拳的表現與力量傳遞有一定的效益;二、在穩定動作方面,

核心訓練並未對實驗組的動態或靜態平衡表現產生提升效果;三、在彈跳爆發動作方面,

實驗組的核心訓練,以及對照組的休閒運動,皆未對動作表現產生提升或降低的效果;

四、對照組的休閒運動對各項測驗達到了維持表現水平的效果。

依據討論,做出幾項建議如下:一、未來研究可針對如何在拗步拳的動作做更細的 分期進行探討,並探討分期各階段的時間比例,或各肢段的速度、力量應呈如何的比例,

才能形成傳遞更有效率的動力鍊;此外亦可比較精熟與初學者在各項出拳動作參數,尤 其各階段的時間比例上有何差異,以幫助精確探討參數的趨勢、建立判別表現好壞的依 據;二、可嘗試探討武術相關的打擊或踢擊動作,有否更具代表性的校標;三、將測驗 的動作複雜性降低,以期能夠讓受試者的表現更精確反映所欲量測的參數。
