第一節 結論
本 研 究 發 現 良 性 卵 巢 黏 液 性 囊 腺 瘤 中表 現 六 種 鈣 黏 蛋 白 (E-cad、N-cad、P-cad、R-cad、Cad-6 及 Cad-11)其中 P-cad、R-cad、
Cad-6、Cad-11 為首次報告,而這六種鈣黏蛋白也曾經報告過存在 OSE 中。在良性卵巢黏液性囊腺瘤中,E-cad 及 P-cad 的表現比 OSE 顯著 增加,而 N-cad、R-cad 及 Cad-6 的表現卻比 OSE 顯著減少,至於 Cad-11 則沒有差異。因此我們認為 E-cad、N-cad、P-cad、R-cad 及 Cad-6 在卵巢黏液性囊腺瘤的形成及腫瘤的快速生長扮演重要的角色。令 外,本研究也分別在卵巢黏液性囊腺瘤及 OSE 中檢測到 ER-α、ER-β、
PR 及 AR 的存在。而這些生殖腺類固醇接受體的表現,在卵巢黏液性 囊腺瘤中都明顯比 OSE 增多,因此我們推論 ER- α、ER-β、PR 及 AR 在在卵巢黏液性囊腺瘤的形成及腫瘤的快速生長扮演要的角色,而卵 巢黏液性囊腺瘤則是一個 sex steroid responsive tissue。
第二節 未來的研究方向
1. 過去的文獻顯示物質的 mRNA 和其蛋白質的表現都很吻合,不過 我們將會再做 Western blot analysis 來比較 cadherins 及 sex steroid receptors 的蛋白質及 mRNA 的表現差異。
2. 本 研 究 顯 示 卵 巢 黏 液 性 囊 腺 瘤 形 成 可 能 是 mullerian epithelium metaplasis 的 結 果 , 檢 測 mullerian duct epithelium(如 fallopian tube 及 endocervical epithelium) 的 gonadal steroid receptors 及 cadherin subtypes,再與 ovarina mucinous cystadenoma 作比較,以印證本實驗的推論。
3. 檢 測 及 比 較 ovarian mucinous cystadenoma 及 cystadenocarcinoma 之 間 gonadal stroid receptors 及 cadherin subtypes 的表現差異,從中找出這些物質在良性與 惡性卵巢腫瘤間的差別,以便應用在臨床上良性與惡性的鑑別 診斷。
4. 研究不同年齡的 OSE 是否它們的賀爾蒙接受體的表現不同。
