(一) 本研究收案跑者共 830 位,其中男性多於女性 (男/女 = 75.1% / 24.9%),而四
十歲以上跑者佔 45.7%,比較十年前國內採樣的資料後發現,國內男性跑者人數仍
大於女性,但女性跑步族群的比例有相當程度的增加,且有越來越多中年人加入馬
拉松路跑的行列。
(二) 本研究調查之下肢跑步傷害發生率為 69.8%,不同部位發生率佔所有下肢傷害之
比例,依序為膝關節 (28.5%)、踝部或足部 (23.7%)、小腿 (18.8%)、大腿 (15.6%)
及臀部或髖部 (15.0%)。相較於過去,在臀部或髖部的傷害比例有明顯提高。
(三) 本研究首次針對參加跑步團隊與傷後繼續訓練這兩項因素與下肢傷害發生情形進
行探討,並發現此兩項因素為影響下肢跑步傷害的重要因子。
(四) 本研究發現之各部位傷害與不同危險因子的相關性,其結果可以做為預防跑步運
動傷害及傷害治療的參考。
