國內的無障礙網頁規範內容

為了深入瞭解國內網頁設計師至面臨無障礙化所遭遇的問題，本章將針對行政院研考會在民國九 十二年五月所印製的「無障礙網頁開發規範」以及民國九十二年十月由台北大學 AboutWeb 網路 發展小組所編訂的「無障礙網頁設計技術手冊」進行深入研究，其中明列了網頁開發人員在設計 網頁時應遵循的作業方式與考量準則，我們針對其中的四項原則、建置四步驟、十四條規範與九 十條檢測碼進行彙整、歸納與分析（圖表 D）。
