本人在受聘期間分就教學、研究與系上業務三方面協助醫工系。具體實施內

容簡述如下:

(1) 教學:

教授課程

大學部:醫工概論、生醫用工程學導論、工程力

研究所:生醫流體光學檢測、生物力學、微流體

物理與應用

實施步驟

特色說明

1.旁聽系上資深老師的實際教學可以增強印象。

2.即時收集學生反應可以即時補救缺失。

具體達成目標

1. 學生隨堂考或期中、期末考至少 90%以上通

過率。

2. 學生缺席率低於系上平均值以下。

3. 學生期末評量 4.3 點以上

考核與改善

教學內容與方式採每個月與計畫主持人開會討

論的方式決定教材內容。針對前一次的教學反

應也將一併提出討論以供下次改進的基礎。

(2) 研究:

研究內容

發展以線蟲為模型的生物量測平台

實施步驟

特色說明

1.藉由資源分享可以快速提升初期研究能力。

2.訓練課程提升學生研究能力與素質。

具體達成目標

1. 學生可以在學期末開始研究工作。

2.

四篇 SCI 論文投稿並接受。

考核與改善

研究進度採每個月與系上老師小組開會討論的方

式決定。另外研究所需資源也將針對實際工作中

欠缺項目不定期向計畫主持人尋求協助。

特色說明

1.藉由資源分享可以快速提升初期研究能力。

具體達成目標

1. 一年後承辦系研討會。

2. 明年度負責期刊業務。

考核與改善

研討會在每周舉辦後與主持人檢討。期刊業務則

視業務量每月與教學和研究事項一併討論。
