Family care as a moderator of the relationship between work-family culture and teacher's organizatio

ABSTRACT

The main purposes of this research are to explore:(1) the influence of elementary school work-family culture toward teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior.(2) the influence of family care toward teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior.(3)the facilitator effect of “family care” on work-family culture and teacher’s organizational citizenship .Methods: this research is adopted the questionnaire investigation and the teacher in Taichung County elementary schools as the research object. There were 226 available copies. This collected data is analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single-factor variation analysis, Pearson’s product moment correlation and regression. The major following results are obtained:1. the work-family culture to the teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior has positive impact.2. the family care to the teacher’s organizational

citizenship behavior has negative impact.3. the family care has not the moderating effect on the relationship between the work-family culture and the teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior.
