Hong Kong Imports and Exports Classification List (Harmonized System) 2018 Amendments

香港進出口貨物分類表（協調制度）每年均會根據國際規定、貿易及技術方面的重大改變，作出修改。

The Hong Kong Imports and Exports Classification List (Harmonized System) (HKIECL) is amended annually to take account of international requirements and significant changes in trade pattern and technology.

將於2018 年 1 月 1 日起生效的 2018 年修改部分涉及 37 個貨物項目，

包括食品、化學產品、塑膠、紙類、機械及電動設備、運輸設備和尿布。

修改後的內容已刊載於2017 年 11 月 10 日出版的香港特別行政區政府憲

報。

Amendments in 2018, which will take effect as from 1 January 2018, involve 37 commodity items, including foodstuffs, chemical products, plastics, paper, machinery and electrical equipment, transport equipment and napkins.

The amendments were published in the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Gazette on 10 November 2017.

進出口人士於2018 年 1 月 1 日或以後裝運的進出口貨物，必須按照

經修改的分類表報關。 Importers and exporters are reminded that import and export declarations

for shipments on or after 1 January 2018 must be completed in accordance with the amended classification.

有關 2018 年貨物分類的修改部分，以 8 個位香港貨物協調制度

（港貨協制）編號載列於表1。 Amendments in 2018 in respect of commodity classification based on the Hong Kong Harmonized System (HKHS) 8-digit commodity codes are listed in Table 1.

有關2018 年國家／地區分類的修改部分，載列於表 2。 Amendments in 2018 in respect of classification of countries/territories are given in Table 2.
