機車智慧型冷卻系統設計與模擬 鄭守安、張舜長

摘 要
本論文主要研究目標,針對市售250c.c.速克達機車設計智慧型冷 卻系統溫度控制器,目的是希望透過較好的溫度與流量控 制來減 少燃油消耗以及廢氣污染,研究中採用伺服馬達電動冷卻水泵和 電子節溫器,分別控制水箱散熱器與Bypass之間的 流量來達到所 謂的溫度控制,並採用MATLABSimulink Real-Time Windows Target,針對智慧型冷卻水泵和電子節溫器設 計控制法則,為了 要能夠更加詳細了解引擎內部的溫度變化,所以利用ADVISOR模型 進行分析,因為它具有引擎汽缸、
內部本體、外部本體和引擎室 之溫度評估能力,最終經由實驗結果顯示,目前採用的智慧型冷 卻系統在低速與重負載之 情況下,可以改善油耗5%和 1.15%。
