教學目標:
使學生對生命科學相關領域使用之技術有清楚之認識 課程範圍:
介紹生命科學相關領域使用之技術 授課方式:
每週上課一次, 每次 3 小時.
由教師挑選介紹生化技術之文章, 學生分組報告
課前要求充份準備上課, 上課時針對錯誤更正, 並補充及整合各相關技術 課程進度及綱要:
* Electrophoresis * Gel filtration
* Ion exchange chromatography * Affinity chromatography * Radioisotope techniques * Protein purification * Immunological method * Spectrophotometry * HPLC
