醫技人員對醫學實驗室認證之認知探討

 本研究的目的旨在探討當醫療機構實驗室以 ISO15189 醫學實驗室認證條文 為規範來改善實驗室之品質能力時，其醫技人員對於認證條文內容的瞭解及 準備難易度的認知以及相關影響因素。

本研究採用問卷調查法，於民國九十八年四月間寄發問卷，問卷發放的範圍 包括了台灣北部、中部、南部與東部等已參加「 ISO 15189 醫學實驗室－品 質與能力特定要求」認證的醫學實驗室，共發放 550 份自填式結構問卷，回 收 334 份，回收率為 60.7% ，其中有效問卷共計 315 份，有效回收率為 57.3

% 。本研究先利用 t- 檢定、單因子變異數分析、及 Scheffe 事後檢定方法，分 析醫技人員的人口學特質與醫學實驗室認證內容的瞭解與準備難易度變項之 間的關連性。再進一步以複迴歸分析方法，探討醫技人員的人口學特質變項 對醫學實驗室認證內容的瞭解與醫學實驗室認證準備難易度認知的預測能力。

分析結果顯示，醫技人員人口學特質中的年齡與職稱，會影響醫技人員對 IS O 15189 醫學實驗室認證管理要求的內容認知。在工作年資、職稱與認證項 目則為預測變項。而醫學實驗室認證技術要求的的內容認知方面，年齡、教 育程度與職稱具有影響性。年齡、工作年資與職稱則為預測變項。

本研究係針對醫技人員對醫學實驗室認證之認知此議題進行初步探討，研究 結果希望能提供認證機構與醫院管理階層在進行實驗室認證時，能協助其醫 技人員提升相關的專業知識，而達到提升醫療品質的最終目標。



ISO15189 accreditation has been recognized as a quality standard for med ical laboratory. The purpose of this study is to assess consciousness of labo ratory workers on ISO-15189 based accreditation, and moreover, the way t o prepare for approve.

A questionnaire based survey were carried out from April to June 2009. A total of 550 questionnaires were sent to technologists who work in ISO 151 89-compliant laboratories in Taiwan. The respond rate is 60.7% and 50.7%

of which were valid. T-test, one way ANOVA and multiple regression anal ysis were employed to analyze contribution of demographic characteristics on workers’ awareness to implement ISO 15189. Results show that demogr aphic characteristics, i.e., age, education, years of employment and job posi tions influence the success of laboratory accreditation based on ISO 15189
