一、中文摘要 資訊技術的快速變遷對於社會、組織 乃至於個人都有很大的影響。科學研究學 者一直扮演知識生產與傳授的主要角色， 隨著新興的核心資訊技術--電腦網路的成 熟應用，將促成虛擬組織（動態型網路組 織）的運作型態，進一步引發新的溝通、 傳播、資訊搜尋和知識管理等方式的改變。 本研究之目的在於探討體育管理學者 的科學傳播型態與資訊尋求行為。特別是 在新興的網際網路環境下，體育管理學者 所需資訊型態、資訊來源、資訊管道以及 科學傳播型態。 根據研究分析結果，本研究希望提出 以下結論：第一，瞭解體育管理學者在網 際網路環境下的科學傳播型態與資訊尋求 行為；第二，建構體育管理學者在網際網 路的科學傳播與資訊尋求模式；第三，規 劃發展一個能夠促進體育管理學者學術研 究合作交流的虛擬組織資訊基礎建設。 關鍵詞：科學傳播；資訊尋求行為；體育管理 Abstract

The revolution of information technology has enormous impact on individuals, organizations and society. Scientific researchers are always playing a major role of knowledge generation and distribution. Internet computing environment has enabled the virtual organization (dynamic network organization) operation model and has changed the ways of scientific communications, information seeking behavior and knowledge management.

The aim of this research is trying to explore the nature of scientific communication and information seeking behavior of sport management researchers. Especially in the Internet computing environment, concerning the new model of information needs, information sources, information channels and type of scientific communication in sport management researchers.

This research will have three contributions. First, providing a comprehensive understanding of the nature of scientific communications and information seeking behavior of sport management researchers. Second, developing a new model of information needs, information sources, information channels and type of scientific communications in sport management researchers. Finally, this project will plan a virtual organization information infrastructure of collaborative scientific research in sport management.
