摘要
「知識」被認為是企業增強競爭力之致勝利器，知識管理的重要性已被認為是可以產生競爭 優勢的重要議題。本研究透過知識管理相關文獻的分析探討，提出一系統概念架構，並輔以 資料探勘技術及網路程式設計技術，建置知識管理系統，提供知識分享之平台，以系統展 示之方式來說明知識管理在醫院中之運作，並根據相關文獻提出系統評估之研究模型與假 說，運用多元迴歸分析法探討使用者對知識管理系統的「使用意願」、「使用者滿意度」及「系 統效益」之影響因素。
