摘要: 本研究旨在瞭解工作壓?對國小教師身心健康之情形,研究的結果將提供教育當局、
學校或教師個人?考,以紓解教師工作壓?促進教師身心健康,進而提升教學品質。本 研究以屏東縣正式國小教師為研究對象,採隨機的方式實施問卷調查,以自編的「工 作壓?對國小教師身心健康之研究問卷」為研究工具。調查期間共發出問卷 696 份,
共回收有效問卷612 份,有效?表回收?為 88%。為達本研究目的及驗證獨?樣本之 考驗假設之需,本研究將回收之有效樣本以描述統計、項目分析、因素分析、單因子 變??分析、積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法進?資?分析,結果發現:一、國 小教師整體工作壓?較偏屬中下程?;整體身心健康較偏屬中上程?。二、?同背景變項 的國小教師在工作壓?上,有五個背景變項有顯著差?:性別、?齡、任教職務、教學?
資、婚姻?況。三、國小教師的工作壓?和身心健康?況呈顯著負相關。
This study aimed to understand the job stress for elementary school teachers in the physical and mental health cases. The results of the study will provide the education authorities, schools or teachers personal reference, so as to alleviate pressure on teachers to promote physical and mental health of teachers, thereby enhancing the quality of teaching, Pingtung County elementary school teachers were taken for study examples, implementation of the random survey as self-
establishment "job stress and participation in leisure activities for elementary school teachers in the study of physical and mental health questionnaire" for research tools. During the investigation we issued a total of 696 questionnaires and a total of 612 questionnaires were valid, effective scale recovery was 88%. For purposes of this study and
independent verification of the test samples of the need to assume that this study will be effective recovery of the samples to descriptive
statistics, the Item analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation, multiple regression analysis of statistical methods Conducted data analysis. Finally, the light of the findings, conclusions and concrete recommendations. Main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Primary school teachers in the overall job stress is in the lower level; the overall physical and mental health is in the higher level.
2. Teachers with different background variables in the country on the job stress have, five background variables that are significantly different:
Gender, age, teaching duties, teaching experience, marital status. 3.
Elementary school teachers job stress and physical and mental health status were negatively correlated.
