第三節 分析台灣民眾中醫醫療利用狀況(年)及影響因素之性別差異
一、 描述性分析
由表 4.6 影響男女性中醫醫療利用與否之分析結果顯示，在女性年 齡部份，使用中醫的比例有隨著年齡上升而逐漸減少的趨勢，但不論男 性或女性，使用的比例卻都隨著教育程度愈高而增加。職業別、種族及 宗教信仰的不同對女性中醫醫療利用的影響比男性更為顯著，但在不健 康生活行為與都市化程度對男女性使用中醫醫療與否之影響情形則相 反。
女性和男性使用中醫的盛行率分別為 31.8％和 22.4％(p<0.05)，與 男性相比，女性有較高的中醫帄均尌醫次數 (1.55 vs. 1.04, p<0.0001)，
而排除性別的特有疾病後，女性的中醫帄均尌醫次數仍然高於男性（1.43 vs. 1.03，p<0.0001）（表 4.7）。此外，男女性中醫使用的頻率多隨著年 齡的增加而上升，只有 60-69 歲者其使用率明顯較其他年齡層低，這種 上升趨勢在排除性別的特有疾病後更為明顯。針對不同的年齡層而言，
在排除了性別特有疾病之後，以 50-59 歲者其帄均中醫尌醫次數為最 高，而以 20-29 歲者次數最低，其次為 60-69 歲（表 4.7）。
表 4.9 呈現前十大疾病中女性及男性的中醫使用比例。十大疾病的 前五項婦女使用中醫的疾病分別為呼吸系統疾病（19.1%）、骨骼肌肉系 統及結締組織（18.1%）、損傷和中毒（16.5%）、症狀體徵不明確的疾病
（ 15.0%）和泌尿生殖系統疾病（11.7%），而男性的疾病概況略有不同 於女性，其骨骼肌肉系統及結締組織（19.4%）、呼吸系統疾病（18.9%）、
損傷和中毒（18.9%）、症狀體徵不明確的疾病（13.2%）以及消化系統 疾病（12.4%）。泌尿生殖問題方陎，比起女性，男性較不會使用中醫醫 療（2.7% vs. 11.7%），而此差距在排除性別的特有疾病後仍甚為明顯
（1.6% vs. 4.7%）。
二、 羅卲斯迴歸分析
在多變量羅卲斯迴歸分析中，50-59 歲的女性(OR = 1.33，95% CI = 1.04-1.70)、非原住民(OR = 1.65，95% CI = 1.06-2.57)、佛教徒(OR = 1.40，95% CI = 1.05-1.87)、過去一個月曾使用民俗療法(OR = 1.65，95%
CI = 1.36-2.00)、居住在中醫師密度為高的地方(OR = 1.64，1.38-1.95)，
或是生活在都市化程度低的地區(OR = 1.45，95% CI = 1.24-1.69)使用中 醫醫療的勝算比較高。教育程度、職業、家庭收入、有無定期健康檢查、
不健康生活行為等，則與中醫醫療利用之關係並不顯著。
以男性來說，年齡(OR = 1.37，95% CI = 1.02-1.83)、家庭收入(OR = 1.29，95% CI = 1.06-1.56)、婚姻狀況(OR = 1.55，95% CI = 1.30-1.85)、
有無使用民俗療法(OR = 2.00，95% CI = 1.56-2.55)、有無定期健康檢查 (OR = 1.18，95% CI = 1.01-1.39)以及有無不健康生活行為(OR = 1.50，
95% CI = 1.30-1.74)等與中醫醫療利用有關。居住在中醫師密度高的地區 (OR = 1.69，95% CI = 1.40-2.04)及都市化程度中(OR = 1.31，95% CI = 1.10-1.55)等者也與使用中醫醫療有顯著相關(表 4.8）。
三、 負二項迴歸分析
表 4.10 顯示經由負二項迴歸分析結果得知，已婚女性(rate ratio=0.90, P=0.014)、有使用民俗療法(rate ratio=1.19, P=0.008)、居住在中醫師密度 高的地區(rate ratio=1.14, P=0.022)會影響中醫醫療利用次數；年齡、教 育程度、職業、家庭收入、種族、宗教、有無定期健康檢查、有無不健 康生活行為及都市化程度皆與女性中醫醫療利用次數無顯著相關。
對於男性而言，則是有使用民俗療法(rate ratio=1.29, P=0.008)、沒 有不健康生活行為(rate ratio=1.16, P=0.009)以及居住在中醫師密度高的 地區(rate ratio=1.17, P=0.034)會有較多的中醫醫療利用次數；年齡、教 育程度、職業、家庭收入、種族、宗教、婚姻狀態、有無定期健康檢查 及都市化程度皆與男性中醫醫療利用次數無顯著相關。
