第四節 對後續研究的建議

以下是對後續研究的建議

一、調查更多的產業,因不同產業也有不同的員工參與管理計畫,且因其個人因素 或組織因素例如公司文化等會有所不同。

二、在員工參與決策與知識管理的關係研究,因為知識管理是重要的資訊參與。

三、發展合適的員工參與的問卷。
