5.2 意涵

5.2.2 對後續研究的建議

來展現於其服務品質。事實上,由工作滿意度與離職傾向呈負相關的觀 點來看,提昇員工的工作滿意度、重視工作設計與價值、薪福管理,讓 員工滿意程度增高,都是可降低離職傾向,防止人才流失的良方。
