第五章 結論與建議

第二節 對後續研究的建議

一、本研究所指涉的多國籍企業兩岸子公司互動型態僅止於探討互補與否,未能 將所有的互動型態列入討論,例如:替代、獨立、依賴、分工…等,建議後 續研究能針對更廣泛、完整的子公司互動型態進行深入的探討。

二、建議後續研究在時間軸上進行縱斷面分析,以動態之觀點來看多國籍企業兩 岸子公司在不同時段的互動型態,除了現階段的互動外,亦增加探討過去之 互動情形與轉變情形,並可針對未來之互動型態為何進行預測。

三、產業特性內容眾多,本研究僅就產業特色導向、產業內技術創新速度、地主 國法令政策、國際化競爭程度四個部分進行實證,建議後續研究可再針對其 他的產業特性進行探討,使產業特性的構面更加完整。

本問卷為國立中山大學企業管理研究所碩士班研究生梁惠茹碩士論文的一 部份,目的是在於探討多國籍企業之兩岸子公司互動情形之現象與背後成因。

由於中國大陸近年來在經濟市場上的改革開放,促使眾多著眼於大陸廣大內 需市場及低廉之勞動、要素成本的多國籍企業紛紛進入大陸設立子公司,然而大 陸獨特的黨政制度及中國人重視關係、人情…等獨特的社會文化因素讓許多 MNC 在進入大陸市場時遭遇到許多困難,進而在大陸市場的進入與營運層面上 加重對台灣子公司的依賴,因此本研究欲對 MNC 兩岸子公司間的資源如何流 動、雙方互動的過程與實質內容進行深度的探討,您的意見對此研究領域有很大 的貢獻。
