第三節 建議
工作整合型社會企業為台灣社會企業中最發達的類型,因此本研究率 先以此類型之個案作為與社會資本的研究對象。然而,社會資本的應用層 面廣泛,過去的實證結果也顯示,其對組織是有十分正面的影響力。針對 上小節提及的三個限制,本論文僅侷限於研究工作整合型社會企業,無法 涵蓋至所有的社會企業類別,因此,後續研究可根據時代背景,找尋多種 類型社會企業作為研究對象。此外,後續研究可以問卷調查或量化的研究 方法,讓研究資料更加完善,建立社會企業與社會資本之間更具體的模型。
此外,本研究提及社會資本具市場區隔特性,但至於如何將工作整合 型社會企業,對應至專屬的社會資本市場特性,其中卻還有許多影響因素 可討論,本論文未能涉及與驗證,後續研究也可朝社會資本的市場區隔特 性做更深入的探討和發現。
