1. ESCM 系統實際上另包括指紋辨識系統，透過儲存於智慧卡上，執行 駕駛員之身分辨識，以增加貨物之安全性，但由於本文只針對提升貨物運 送之效率進行探討，並未涉及安全方面之探討，後續可針對安全方面之效 益進行研究。尤其於911 之後，全球皆關注於安全方面之控管，如何合理 成本下，同時提升安全品質，也是一重要研究課題。
2. 本文只針對一般貨物，並設定以我國出口部份為研究範圍進行探討，
未來可將研究範圍與對象擴展，尤其是目前日益成長之航空快遞業，作更 深入之研究。
3. 本研究以個案方式對於不同參與者執行效益分析，由於考量商業機密 等因素下，業者只提供資料之粗估值；另外本文只針對各活動中之資源項 目執行效益分析，並未考慮其他不可量化之效益，其中資訊電子化減少人 工作業之首要效益即為增加資訊正確率，進而產生其他更多層面之效益，
建議未來可針對增加資料之精確性與不同效益層面進行研究。
4. 本文依系統性方法，並利用合理分析完成空運貨物相關業者之效益分 析，可提供對於未來引進類似ESCM 技術之效益分析之參考。
