第六章 結論與建議

第二節 建議

根據研究結論,分別就未來研究方向,提出以下建議:

一、 未來研究之建議:

茲依研究對象與研究方法,分述如下。

(一) 研究對象 1. 地域方面

由於居住地區以五都與非五都做分類,但實際上各行政區域之城市 街道設計發展均不一致,往後研究可依各不同縣市做分類。

2. 年齡方面

本研究樣本對象為成年人,其結果無法推論到其他年齡人口(未成年 人、老年人),往後研究可擴大研究樣本,使研究結果更具代表性。

(二) 研究方法 1. 進行縱貫性研究

本研究採橫斷性研究,無法證明各變項間之因果關係,因此建議未 來研究可進行長期追蹤,以瞭解各認知環境因子與認知環境因子對動態 通勤之選擇的因果關係。

2. 採用質性研究方法

建議增加個案研究法、訪談法等質性研究,以深入探討各變項間的 關係,以補充量化研究之不足。

3. 增加認知環境變項

本研究探討之認知環境變項涉及基礎設施、易達性、治安與交通安 全等面向,建議增加其他面向之考量,如空氣污染、天氣因素、路面破 損等,以使研究更為周全。

二、 實務工作之建議:

未來從事介入活動時, 可依據以下建議做為都市計畫與道路建設之 參考與依據:

(一) 以步行為交通方式

未來對象可針對年齡 20-39 與 50-59 歲者、居住於非五都者、工作狀 態為白藍領階級者、BMI 正常-肥胖者,並且可以加強大眾運輸易達性(如 做好各捷運站距離的規劃)、人行道設置、道路連結性、目的地的陳設、

騎自行車的交通安全(如增設騎車戴安全帽的法規)等認知環境因素,

發展適宜的介入,並評估與探討其效果。

(二) 以騎自行車為交通方式

可針對年齡 20-49 歲者、BMI 正常~肥胖者、未婚者發展合適的介入 策略,並從增設自行車道設置、美化周遭景觀(如提供社區綠色樹苗)、

加強道路連結性等環境因素著手。

(三)因臺灣地狹人稠,故可考慮管制私人機動運具的使用,以控管數量,

進而擴大人行道及自行車道之設置;抑是設計空中花園道路,不僅增加 空間利用還兼顧美觀。
