第二節 建議
本節旨在說明後續研究與管理實務上之建議。
一、實務上的建議
第一,根據本研究的研究顯示,體驗行銷愈高,其知覺價值愈高。在消費者經由觀 察或參與事件後,感受到某些刺激進而誘發出動機並產生思維產生認同或購買行為。而 一個公司若能提供顧客感官上的刺激,觸動他們的心或與他們生活型態相結合的產品,
讓消費者嘗試體驗感受產品的價值所在。因此,對企業做以下五種體驗建議:
感官體驗:化妝品在各廣告媒體、報章雜誌上刊登的廣告總是很醒目,容易引起我的注 意。
情感體驗:化妝品清楚標示內容成份、使用方法、保存期限製造商、地址、服務專線、
注意事項,令我安心。
思考體驗:化妝品以主題為特色推出時,會引發我的好奇心,化妝品以主題為特色推出 時,會引發我的好奇心。
行動體驗:化妝品的良好形象、良好信譽、良好口碑,讓我購買時安心。
關聯體驗:提供會員制度,讓加入會員獲得更多的優惠。
第二,根據本研究的研究顯示,知覺價值愈高,其購買意願愈高。消費者會因產品 或服務在實用性或功能性上的表現,而提高對產品的價值,進而產生購買行為。因此,
建議企業增加產品實用性、功能性、良好的品質,讓消費者感受到產品的價值所在。
第三,根據本研究的研究顯示,體驗行銷愈高,其購買意願愈高。面對消費者品牌 忠誠度下降,價格敏感度上升,市場競爭日趨白熱化,且顧客的消費意識抬頭,使得服 務業業者更需要提供更多滿足顧客對產品的行銷活動及服務之需求。因此,建議企業在 顧客體驗上,提供知覺的、情感的、行為的以及關係的價值來取代功能。
二、後續研究的建議
第一,本研究探討體驗行銷、知覺價值、購買意願之關係,尚有其他原因可能影響 購買意願。因此,建議未來的研究者可以在探討其它可能會購買意願之原因。
第二,本研究問卷發放大部分集中在青壯年族群,而未能了解廣大年齡層對體驗行 銷、知覺價值、購買意願的想法與需求。因此,建議未來的研究者能將問卷發放範圍在 更廣泛,使研究結果更加地準確。
第三,本研究樣本的基本資料,男性與女性在婚姻狀況的問卷發放上,大部分集中 佔未婚的消費者上。因此,建議未來的研究者可在消費者的婚姻狀況上發放更平均,以 使研究結果更加地準確。
