第五章 結論與建議

第二節 建議

本研究依據課程實施中所得到的發現與結論,提出相關建議及後續可行之 研究,希望能提供日後從事身心動作教育相關教學或研究之參考。

一、本研究藉由身心動作教育課程,體會不同的身體動作,傾聽身體所發出的 訊息,檢驗動作模式、解剖結構和心靈狀態,期透過心智精確掌握肌肉活 動,進而讓身與心能夠更密切地融合為一。然本研究為顧及選手參賽及相 關訓練活動,將課程實施歷程訂為八週,由研究結果發現身心覺察無法於 短時間內獲得顯著的改變,建議未來研究需要更長時間的介入以深入探討 身心的關係。

二、本研究探討身心動作教育課程對不同專項運動員運動能力及身體自我概念 的影響,受限於研究參與者僅 30 人,每組 10 人,易因樣本數過少,影響 實驗結果。再者,身心學研究重視個體的差異性、特殊性,強調當下的體 會與感受,建議未來研究應增加人數,結合不同的中介變項如其他課程介 入或設置對照組等方式,並加入質性研究的部分,進一步探索身心動作教 育在各方面之效果,由點至面,方能使身心動作教育的實施、應用與研究 更加客觀完整。

三、教練在訓練過程中要求選手運動能力極限之同時,更應給予實質身體能力 之正確回饋,藉由身心動作教育課程,開發身體覺察能力,瞭解身體與心 理的關係,縮短身體與概念的差距,加強身心的適應能力,避免對身體自 我概念產生過分期許,造成認知的不滿意,甚至否定自己的價值。
