根據研究結果的發現,本節茲分成未來研究方向與教學應用兩部分提供建 議,首先在未來研究方面:

一、本研究係以量化的研究方式來探討青少年動作表現及學習的情形。建議未來 研究可以增加質性訪談或觀察記錄,以了解執行動作過程中的各項特徵與實 驗參加者的內在想法,做深入的質性探究。

二、本研究採用桌球正手發下旋球為實驗項目,屬於閉鎖式之動作技能,未來研 究可探討開放式的動作技能,探討自我控制回饋方式的表現與學習效果。

三、由本研究結論可知,結合口語及影像的回饋方式能有效地提昇動作技能學習 的效果。未來研究可進一步探索影像回饋在不同年齡階段,是否會隨人類認 知以及動作發展的歷程而有所差別。

再者,就教學應用方面:體育教師在傳授一項新的運動技能時,除了親自 操作與示範之外,亦可使用多媒體的播放及配合 KP 的指導與修正,來加深學習 者對該動作技能的印象,以利於模仿與修正自我的動作。

桌球正手發下旋球口語回饋表

動作型式之表現獲知的回饋項目 1. 拍面不要上仰太多,磨擦球體底部不要太多。

2. 擊球時,調整拍面角度約45度上仰。

3. 球下降時,約重心高度位置,由左前下方揮擊球體中下方位置。

4. 切到球體後下方時手腕順勢發力,將球往前方標靶位置送。

5. 揮拍擊球路徑是從身體右後上方揮至腹部左前方10公分處。

※根據國立教育資料館的桌球教學影片中,桌球正手發下旋球常見的錯誤 動作及修正要項,並與兩位資深桌球教練共同編制此口語回饋表。
