針對未來的相關議題研究者，本研究最終提出以下幾點建議：
(一) 本研究資料來源只來自單一公司，並且是在國外經營之台資且為 未上市之企業，可能會受其國家區域性、民族性、企業規模以及 政府規範之不同而有所差異或限制。將來若能取得更多同類型企 業之 ERP 系統導入資料時，相信可以大幅增加效益分析的可信 度。
(二) 本文雖然分析了個案 E 公司在 ERP 系統導入前後之營運資料，
以比較其各目標之績效推移，期望在導入後具有顯著的差異。但 是，對於有顯著差異的項目並不能完全証明其績效一定是經由 ERP 系統之導入所引起；然而對於不具顯著差異的項目也沒有再 探究 ERP 系統的確是有所影響？因此，這些部分可以作為未來 研究者更進一步研究的方向。
(三) 本次問卷之設計調查僅針對員工之滿意度做研究，但因滿意度係 屬於主觀的判斷、心理因素或是實際現象的觀察，因此難免會受 限於國情或使用者個人的專業知識及經驗，尤其是在開發中的國 家。因此，建議後續研究者可應用差異理論對使用者滿意程度與 注重程度再做差異性分析，將可使得「使用者滿意度」的研究範 疇更臻完善。
