第三節 後續建議 一、資料蒐集完整性與連貫性
本研究所蒐集之資料係屬跨年期資料,惟為測試廠商聲譽訊號之效果 以時間遞延之模型進行操作時,考量資訊揭露之即時性及有效性,恐有資 料期數間距過大之疑慮,影響實證結果,爰建議未來研究能夠蒐集時間屬 性較為連貫之資料進行相關分析。此外,本研究主要資料建置之來源係以 台灣證券交易所公開資訊觀測站之股東會年報為主,廠商類型受囿於有發 行股東會年報之上市、上櫃、興櫃與未上市已公開發行股票之 ICT 廠商,
未能包含其他規模較小之廠商,無法建構出我國 ICT 產業現況完整樣貌,
故建議未來研究能夠擴充資料庫內容,以使我國 ICT 產業網絡相關研究更 臻完整。
再者,本研究雖證實廠商訊號對於合作網絡之建立有正面幫助,惟其 效果在服務業較不顯著,推測服務業形成合作網絡賴以判別之訊號和製造 業可能有所不同,未來可蒐集服務業廠商更為詳盡之相關屬性資料,以釐 清服務業與製造業所仰賴之訊號是否有所差異。
二、廠商創新績效與合作網絡形成之關係
本研究實證結果顯示廠商的創新績效和合作網絡之建立並無顯著影響 效果,和國外相關文獻探討有所不同,推測可能是資料屬性的問題所致,
未來研究方向可針對此面向進行相關分析,透過將樣本廠商進行更細緻的 分類,將變數做更精細的處理,以釐清廠商創新績效與合作網絡形成之關 聯。
三、廠商網絡內涵之擴充
除本研究擷取之廠商研發資產面訊號外,尚有其他類型之訊號可供開 採,過去許多相關研究主要係探討廠商訊號與創投公司(venture capital) 間的關係,擁有創投公司支持的廠商其未來表現普遍優於無創投公司支持 之廠商,未來研究可嘗試將創投公司之參與納入整體網絡結構中,釐清不 同訊號對於合作網絡之形成是否有不同之影響效果。
