觀察力和人文素養是影響企業開發深度旅遊的因素。企業以「開發深度旅遊遊程 能力」做為核心競爭能力,宜積極發展員工在觀察力和人文素養方面的特質,以強化 企業開發深度旅遊的能力。
建議二、宜培養旅遊達人的「引導、啟發」技巧,以提升共創效益。
深度旅遊活動中,旅遊達人適時的引導與啟發有助於顧客產生價值。旅遊達人的 專業在於經驗與知識的分享和體驗活動的指導,而深度旅遊需要適時的「引導、啟發」, 因此企業宜發展旅遊達人在引導啟發方面的訓練課程,以提升顧客在深度旅遊的價值 認知。
第三節 後續研究的建議
由於人力、物力及時間有限的限制,本研究如第三章所述有諸多研究上的限制。
因此,以下針對本研究為詳盡的部分給予後續研究者相關的建議,期望能有更完整的 後續研究以充實深度旅遊的內涵與應用。
建議一、可延續本研究之主題進行價值共創的績效評估。
本研究偏重深度旅遊的價值共創的方法和內涵,因時間、資源等限制,無法再針 對價值共創的績效評估進行深入研究,因此建議後續研究可繼續探討深度旅遊價值共 創的績效評估進行研究。
建議二、可擴大共創對象研究範圍。
因資源有限,本研究偏重顧客與旅遊達人的價值共創。文獻中指出不只是顧客、
供應商,所有利害關係人都有可能是共創的對象,依據對象不同,共創的方法與內涵 也跟著不同,這些都值得進行後續研究。
建議三、可擴大訪談對象。

本研究以趣吧旅行社為研究對象,因為時間、資源有限等限制,無法與其他旅行 者業者進行訪談。因此建議後續研究再繼續探討其他海內外旅行社,以充實本研究的 發現與建議。
