6.3 後續研究建議

一、 本研究涉及使用標準差來比較兩岸產業之差異,信賴區間容易產生重疊現象,

誤導實證結果,後續者應避免此種誤差。以α =0.05 為例,信賴區間為

,本研究為 36 份樣本,當樣本數越大時越能避免此問 題。

二、 本研究所未能涵蓋所有次產業,建議可以挑選更多子系統產業作為研究對象。

三、 大陸部分資訊不易搜尋,政府偏向資訊不透明化涉及國家安全議題而且許多名 詞與全球不同,需專門深入探討研究。

四、 本研究對象智慧電網產業未發展健全成熟,但本研究皆假設其能順利發展,後 續研究者可自行斟之後產業情勢。

一、產業定義及範圍

本研究將智慧電網後端管理系統分為:智慧電表(Smart meter)、電表資訊管理系統 (MDMS)、能源資通訊(EICT)、作為研究對象。並探討其子系統產業之兩岸產業定位。

二、作答方式說明

如上圖所示,本問卷透過「產業生命週期」與「產業價值鏈」兩大構面來定義『產 業定位』,「產業生命週期」係根據 Utterback [1994] 之理論分為浮動期(新產業興起階 段,技術成形考量重於一切)、變遷期(市場標準已成形,許多企業加入,市場上出現許 多競爭者)和專業期(市場已飽和,創新性減少,市場行銷方式與策略較製造或技術重要) 三階段,而「產業價值鏈」係根據開發中國家的技術發展狀況分為具有研發能力、設計 能力、製造與行銷能力三階段。本問卷將「產業生命週期」細分為五個階段:[A] 專業 期; [B] 介於專業期與變遷期之間; [C] 變遷期; [D] 介於變遷期與浮動期之間; [E] 浮動 期。同時,「產業價值鏈」亦細分為五個階段:[1] 研發能力; [2] 介於研發與設計之間;

[3] 設計能力; [4] 介於設計與製造行銷之間; [5] 製造行銷能力。以智慧電表中的MCU 產業為例,個人認為台灣的MCU的設計能力相對於全球而言,其產業生命週期是介於「變 遷期和專業期」之中,故應勾選[B],技術能力是介於「研發與設計」階段,故應勾選[2]。
