第二節 後續研究建議

本研究彙整過去學者探討企業導入雲端運算服務之考量因素研 究並從中歸納變數,而研究探討的過程仍有一些限制,故列舉部分建 議供後續研究參考:

一、 抽取樣本之限制

本研究問卷樣本主要為我國進出口業者,建議未來研究樣本可納 入不同產業,以利探討不同產業間影響雲端運算服務決策因素的內涵,

增加此研究議題的多元性。

二、 研究變數之限制

目前相關文獻尚未發展出成熟的考量構面和問項,建議可納入多 方的考量因素進行搭配,以期能找出最適合探討企業導入雲端運算服 務決策考量之研究變數組合。

三、 研究方法

本研究以問卷調查法的方式,探索企業採用雲端運算服務之考量 因素。建議後續研究可採用質化的研究方法,例如個案研究或是訪談 方式,進一步瞭解企業經理人對於使用雲端運算服務的深度看法。
