第四節、 後續研究建議

壹、研究個案追蹤

本研究因著重在提案者成功募資後的觀察記錄,選取個案時皆以募資活動已 經結束,或是確定達到募資門檻的專案為個案對象,研究者並未參與到各個案的 每個募資階段發展的歷程,多是透過與提案者的深度訪談及次級資料整理追蹤了 解;也有個案專案活動尚未結束、仍在發展中,無法獲得最終結果進行更多資料 比對和分析,因此建議後續研究者可從募資初期即開始追蹤,拉長觀察時間,或 可發現更多具學術價值的研究發現。

貳、個案選取建議

本研究所選取的個案其發展背景不一且產品屬性多元,不同的研究變數可能 導致比較的基準點無法一體適用,因此建議後續研究者可以選擇其中一共通點,

可以增加研究深度、比較也更具研究意義。

參、研究方向建議

近年關於群眾募資的研究多關注描繪現象或募資活動本身,但鮮少觸及成功 募資後的追蹤,本研究試圖以新產品開發及專案管理觀點探索募資專案的歷程,

研究期間發現群眾募資的提案者多會面臨供應鏈和生產製造銜接的困難,如何跨 越量產鴻溝,募資平台、提案者和製造業者可採取何種策略,可做為後續研究者 相關議題的討論和研究。

除此之外,利用群眾募資上市的產品其產品生命週期尚未結束,產品若已經 在募資階段大量曝光,提案者如何在募資專案結束後能持續吸引媒體和大眾的目 光,亦或是是否可能因群眾募資而被縮短產品生命週期,皆可成為後續研究者欲 針對群眾募資帶來的影響進行更深入的探討。

最後,本研究採用新產品開發和專案管理的觀點研究提案者使用群眾募資的 歷程,建議未來的研究者可以以不同的研究架構或分析理論進行研究,例如敏捷 式(Agile)專案管理、供應鏈(Supply Chain)管理或交易成本(Transaction Cost)理論 等,勢必能有不一樣的觀察角度及更多元的研究發現。
