根據研究限制與分析結果,將提出未來可進行後續研究的研究方向,
歸納如下列各點:
社群討論區與議題選用方面
目前虛擬社群的架構性質較為多角化經營,其中包含交易、興趣、
關係與幻想等類型,本研究僅以汽車專業興趣型虛擬社群做為資料抽樣 對象進行研究,其分析結果可能受到虛擬社群類型與討論標的性質不同
而有所誤差,如汽車與 3C 產品。因此,於未來研究中可考慮不同類型的 虛擬社群做為抽樣對象。
人口屬性探討
本研究僅以專業興趣型虛擬社群做為資料抽樣對象進行研究,其抽 樣對象屬開放型虛擬社群,社群成員能透過暱稱或虛擬 ID 進行發言,且 本文以遊客角度抽取樣本。因此無法取得虛擬社群成員的相關資訊,如 性別、學歷、職業等。倘若未來能加入社群成員的屬性資料,將更能擴 展研究結果的廣度與延展性。
討論議題回覆時間區間
本研究於資料抽樣時,僅考慮討論參與人數及各類議題等條件,並 不考慮議題討論所經時間長短,即本研究於資料抽樣時,僅以該筆抽樣 資料過去互相討論過程作為抽樣資料依據,並以該抽樣資料製作相關社 會網絡關係圖表。倘若未來能加入討論議題時間軸,進一步剖析何種討 論議題於同樣時間區間下,能讓社群成員更積極地互相討論,將能提升 研究結果的精準與銳利度。
