的面談經驗」,故填答者會將多場面談經驗一同考量後進行填答,可能造成填答 者回想的面談經驗不夠精確,有偏誤發生。
本研究問卷收回數共189 份,且填答者年齡層偏低,集中在 20 至 30 歲之 間,佔72.5%,因此無法確定不同年齡是否會影響求職者使用自我導向印象管理 戰術的差別,例如:不同戰術的重要程度、偏好使用的戰術類型等。
三、 未來研究建議
本研究係針對台灣求職者在面談中使用自我導向印象管理戰術進行探討。對 於未來相關研究上,可繼續予以延伸。此次是以求職者角度進行研究,故未來研 究可改為面試官角度進行,包含台灣面試官是否接收到求職者使用不同的印象管 理戰術?求職者使用不同的印象管理戰術是否會進一步影響面試官對求職者之面 談評價?另外,本研究只有針對自我導向印象管理戰術進行討論,尚未討論台灣 求職者在他人導向印象管理戰術、防禦型戰術與非口語型戰術上,是否也會使用 與西方不同的戰術,也是未來研究上可以延伸的方向。
除此之外,未來研究可將本研究發現的台灣求職者使用的自我導向戰術,進 一步連結到錄取後求職者的工作表現,確認求職者使用的戰術與工作表現之間是 否有相關,亦或是使用自我導向戰術可能只是造成面談的偏誤,與工作表現無 關,面試官在面談中反而應該忽略求職者所使用的自我導向戰術。

本研究探討面談甄選相關的議題。主要在探討面談中,求職者如何使用「印 象管理戰術」。「印象管理戰術」是指在面談互動中個人有意或無意影響別人對 自己的觀感。而「自我導向印象管理戰術」是指建構自己在別人心中形象時,以 自己為中心進行強調,藉由口語呈現不同的資訊,以展現自己的優點。例如正面 描述自己過去的經驗與成就..等等.。

(一)訪談內容
