第三節 未來研究建議

一、 增加專家評估法

本研究雖有兩階段的使用者評估,但於邀請受測實習教師協助測試之前,沒有先進 行專家審查的部分。若能邀請相關領域之專家,如人機介面領域、行動學習領域和師資 培育領域的學者進行審查,應可以發現更多功能與介面的問題,提供更多提昇系統設計 的意見,讓系統評估結果可更具整體性與診斷性。

二、 增加受試者的樣本數與異質性

參與第一、二次使用者評估的實習教師們分別為 13 位及 12 位,若要做統計分析樣 本數稍嫌不足,且這些實習教師都隸屬同一所師培中心,實習科目相似,對於評估結果 應有所影響。因此若有足夠的時間與成本,建議應招募更多不同師培中心、不同實習年 級、不同任教科目的實習教師們參與研究,以獲得更全面的意見,才能了解系統的設計 是否真的能因應不同實習教師的需求。

三、 使用者評估的內容與進行方式

在第一階段的使用者評估裡,由於受試者僅試用 PDA 版 ASSIST,因此誤以為座位 表功能無法上傳及檢視學生照片。未來進行使用者評估時,應給予受試者更多時間熟悉 系統的所有功能。此外,若有開發行動版與網頁版兩套系統,而且兩者的內容並非完全 相同,則應該讓受試者同時體驗兩個版本的功能,不宜分開進行使用者測試。

四、 更個人化的設計考量

不同使用者可能對於行動載具介面的喜好不同,例如第一階段評估中有受試希望介 面的圖示能更加豐富,但同時有受試者希望系統介面顏色更簡單一致化。本研究考量程

式撰寫的簡易性,將系統介面保持簡單一致,但未來可考慮讓使用者自行選擇不同的介 面呈現方式,因應個別化的介面需求。

五、 建立更完善的教學資源分享

由於實習制度的改變,目前師資生於實習結束後需通過教師資格檢定考試,才能獲 得正式教師的資格。有受訪者即表示在實習過程中會擔心教師檢定考的準備不足,此為 實習教師一大壓力來源。因此,未來若能將本系統的教材分享、教學經歷分享或影音資 源分享功能設計得更完善,例如在討論區中上傳資格考的考古題、模擬考題等,甚至可 以善用行動學習無所不在的特性,讓實習教師可以隨時隨地進行模擬考試、分享與討論 考題等,應能讓實習教師有更高的使用動機,也能更進一步輔助他們的學習。
