悔恨的數據重合度高,造成了分析結果中該部分存在共綫性問題,VIF值過高,導致模 型準確度受到一定影響。

此外,該部分問項的設計沒有給調查對象足夠明確的情景設置,部分調查對象在填 答中可能存在不清楚所謂的預期悔恨是針對未來購買新產品的情景還是對於當下持有 產品的狀況,因此可能存在填答結果的誤差,導致實證數據準確性有待提升。

第四節 未來研究方向建議

對於廠商來說,要吸引一個置換產品的消費者和要吸引一個新進消費者要採取的行 銷手段有很大區別,但是在先前的研究中,通常在探討消費者購買智慧型手機的決策時 沒有將首次購買和置換決策做出區分,少數探討消費者置換決策的研究也幾乎都是站在 生產者角度。因此,本研究希望可以從消費者層面來探討影響消費者產品過時恐懼心理 的因素,消費者產品過時恐懼心理對預期悔恨情緒的影響,以及消費者預期悔恨心理對 其產品置換決策的影響。由於在關於產品置換決策的學術文章中,將預期悔恨作為變數 加入討論的研究仍不多見,因此本研究在文章最後對後續相關内容的研究和發展方向提 出如下建議:

1. 由於本研究主要的討論對象為影響消費者升級與置換決策的情感面因素,其他一些 如品牌形象、廠商折扣力度及產品價格等因素都並未在模型中納入討論。但是日常 消費者在市場上升級或置換智慧型手機時,上述變數通常都是非常重要的影響因素,

消費者不會只注重產品的功能和性能要素而忽略其他方面的考量。而在一些學術研 究中也可以得知,消費者在真正進行智慧型手機升級與置換決策時,如果在其使用 期間廠商的形象受損,或者原品牌新一代升級手機的價格高昂,消費者都很有可能 會發生品牌轉換行為。因此建議在未來的更多相關研究中,可以將上述因素甚至更

多其它影響因素納入模型進行討論,也許會得出更精確的結果。

2. 本研究討論的主要標的物為智慧型手機,其作為一種典型的日常耐久財,產品特徵 非常明顯,與其他日常消費品有著很大的不同。因此,本文的研究結論並不能適用 於所有產品的升級與置換決策。建議未來其他相關研究若要進行消費者升級及置換 決策的討論,可以對產品進行分類探討,可以讓研究結論更為充實全面、適用性更 高。

3. 本研究中,新奇追求與消費者產品過時恐懼之間不具有顯著相關關係,根據研究結 論部分的討論,認為出現此結果的原因可能與產品類型有著較大的關係,因此在未 來其他類型產品的相關研究中,建議可以著重注意新奇追求部分的驗證,以參考是 否能為本文的研究結論做出佐證。
