第五節 未來研究方向
本節以研究過程中曾面臨的研究困難，以及觀察到目前仍無法解決之問題，
提出以下四個研究議題，做為後續研究之參考主題。
一、多數 App 開發者的後續發展為何？
雖然 App 產業總值是不斷成長的，但是卻沒有人知道究竟有多少開發者的 App 是乏人問津只能在市場中苦撐，又有多少開發者已承認失敗並選擇退出市場，
而真正成功的或者是能夠獲利的具體比例又是多少，如能透過訪談 App 開發者 的方式，或是進行問卷調查，將可深入研究探討關鍵成功因素及關鍵失敗因素。
二、除下載量，是否有其他指標可用來檢驗 App 成功與否？
當 App 被下載以後未必會被使用，最終也可能被刪掉，故不能完全以下載 量作為判斷 App 是否成功的指標。除下載量之外，如果能研究出其他指標，如 知名度（包含沒有使用 App 的群眾）、使用率（下載後實際使用之比率）、活躍 度（下載後的使用頻率/分鐘數）可用來檢驗 App 成功程度。
三、App 開發者在不同應用程式商店的經營績效如何？
無論是實務或學術界雖已有相關比較分析研究，但以敘述性之質性研究為主，
建議未來研究者如可取得相關量化數據，可探討開發者在不同應用程式商店的營 運績效進行實證數據比較及分析，將會幫助更多開發者做出更佳通路選擇決策。
四、企業導入 App 之具體成效為何？
無論是全球還是台灣，都已經有越來越多企業開始重視 App 的導入及運用，
對企業而言，App 是接觸消費者的重要工具，不過企業推廣 App 之後，實際上 是否真的具備成效仍待觀察及追蹤。如果能針對「企業導入 App」此一主題進行 深入研究，應能幫助企業釐清導入 App 的重要性及必須性，並瞭解 App 能為企 業所創造的價值究竟為何。
