的情況出現，某種程度上來說這樣的結果是以數據量化的方式顯現出一些隱 含在資料中的現象，另外換個角度想，也可以當作是在指標設計方面一個改 良的空間。
3. 指標評估的部分，使用 Google 新聞以及 Udn 新聞的搜尋數當作評估的標準 是希望能貼近現實，並不代表就是正確的答案，我們在 4.7 節的結尾部分也 有提到，Google 新聞以及 Udn 新聞的搜尋數雖然某種程度上能代表官員的 權力大小，但就解釋性上來說仍有不足的地方，而評估的結果也與延伸前的 演算法，像是 Eigenvector Centrality 以及 PageRank 指標沒有太大的差別，
這個部分也是本研究在結果上一個較為不足的地方。
5.2 未來研究方向
針對本研究的未來研究以下列舉了三種可以改進與延伸的方向：
1. 實驗資料：
本研究的實驗資料部分只採用了行政院各部會以及行政院長還有總統當作 主要探討的對象，另外還有像是總統府、立法院以及監察院等其他中央政府的院 會資料可以納入實驗的資料當中，做更完整的分析探討。
2. 實驗設計：
在實驗設計與結果的部分是由我們自行設計與探討，這一部分可以請教政治 學、社會學等專業領域的學者提出對他們而言有用的分析角度，像是聚焦在相同 位階的不同官員的實驗等等，達到一個跨領域合作的研究成果。
3. 指標的計算：
而在指標的設計方面，本研究目前僅考慮了像是官員資歷、共事天數以及從

屬之間的相互影響等概念，但是在同一個院之下的部門之間並沒有互相比較的標 準，這個部分可以再進一步將各部門的任用人數、編列的預算等概念考量進指標 的計算當中。
