根據研究限制與分析結果,將提出對發文者與回應者間之反應結 構,未來可進行後續研究的研究方向,歸納成下列各點:
ㄧ、社群討論區選用方面
目前在網際網路上有許多類型的虛擬社群,其中包含交易、關係、
興趣及幻想等類型,本研究僅針對專業興趣型虛擬社群為資料收集對象 來進行抽樣,由於虛擬社群的類型不同,發文者與回應者在議題中反應 結構也可能與本研究結果有所誤差,所以在未來進行研究時,可以考慮 選擇不同類型的虛擬社群進行抽樣。
二、人口屬性探討
本研究僅針對專業興趣型虛擬社群為資料收集對象來進行抽樣,然 而在網站上卻無法取得成員們屬性資料,例如性別、年齡、職業等,倘 若未來能加入成員屬性資料加以探討,將會更有貢獻。
