第五章、 結論與建議
第四節、 未來研究方向
尚有一些有趣的研究方向或議題於本研究並未納入討論,或許可供未來研究 進一步探索,茲整理如下:
一、研究結果的一般化:
本研究僅針對資訊人員作為調查之研究對象,因此未來研究或許可以擴大樣 本範圍,廣泛針對各行各業的實務工作者進行問卷施測,將有助於結果的一般化。
二、縱斷面之研究(longitudinal study):
本研究採用橫斷面之衡量進行實證,長期而言是否具有一致的因果關係有待 實際驗證,因未來在此一部份的補強上,可以透過長期的觀察進行縱斷面比較,
將有助於說明各變項間的因果關係,以及長期之「擴展」與「建立」的效果。
三、跨區域或跨文化比較:
以擴展建立理論為基礎,進一步比較兩岸三地職場幸福感的差異,不管對企 業或在研究上都極具價值,因此未來可以考慮進行兩岸職場幸福感的比較。另外 跨不同國家、文化的比較亦是未來可研究的方向之ㄧ,例如比較中西方文化下,
職場的擴展建立效果是否一致。
四、心理資本:
本研究僅以恢復力和自我效能作為影響職場幸福感的中介變數,或許可以擴 大至探討各種其他心理資本的效果,例如樂觀、希望(Luthans, 2006)。
五、相關研究:
過去對於組織成員的研究,通常以工作績效作為衡量員工表現的依據,然 而本研究基於正向心理學觀點,以職場幸福感來反映員工在職場的表現結果,是 否幸福感可反映工作績效須深入實證比較。再者,其他組織結果變項,例如工作 績效、組織承諾、離職意圖等,未來研究亦可納入研究考量。
