五、 結論及建議

5.4 未來研究發展

未來研究者建議可針對以下延伸之研究議題,進行更深入的探討。

1. 以本研究架構為基礎,改以其他研究策略,例如調查法,蒐集部份取得較為困 難的資料,以增加研究上的解釋度及客觀性。

2. 若研究所須資源允許,或可利用團隊研究的方式,擴大分析對象至各個焦點公 司(focal company)之上下游夥伴,相信必能對若干研究議題得到更深刻的認識 與解答。

3. 本研究主要以製造產業為研究對象,若將相同議題與架構,延伸至服務性產 業,甚至是非營利組織的供應鏈體系,此兩部份亦應具備研究價值。

4. 本研究主題偏重在策略規劃面,以及作業面的執行情形,並沒有討論組織行為 方面的議題。後續研究者或許可從供應鏈夥伴關係的建立,與進行整合實務 時,所涉及諸如配合意願、信任等因素加以探討。

附錄 2:個案 A 公司背景資料

A 公司成立於 1988 年,為世界一流的無線網路完整解決方案(Total Solution)的提 供者,擁有強勢的研發團隊及若干專利,是國內少數同時掌握 IEEE 及 Bluetooth 之 主要用途或功能為利用射頻(RF-Radio Frequency)技術來接收或傳送網路所傳遞的 訊息,並以電磁波為傳遞介質,因此簡化了實體線路的連結,可省略了架線的繁雜 過程,大幅提升網路的實用性與便利性。

無線網路是由無線網路卡、無線網路基地台所構成,無線網路卡依照不同客戶 的需求分為:PCMCIA、ISA、PCI、Mini-PCI 以及 USB 等五種介面;無線網路基 地台負責有線及無線網路的溝通橋樑,適用於室內網路的傳遞,更可應用於大樓間 或遠距離的資料傳輸;而近來寬頻網路盛行,無線寬頻閘道器可整合寬頻數據機(如 Cable Modem、ADSL)及無線區域網路的產品,無線網路的用戶可透過它作網路的 連結,享受寬頻的上網速度。

(1)掌握產品發展趨勢:

無線區域網路的發展從2.4GHz-11Mbps 至 5GHz-54Mbps 是 WLAN 未來趨勢,

初期以802.11a 及 802.11g 段為主,但其與 HyperLan/2 頻段之差別並不大,未 來只要掌握產品發展趨勢並稍作調整即可。

(2)加強研發擴充產品應用層次:

無線網路通訊產品將是未來IA、手機、Notebook PC 等產品的必然配備,另外 無線寬頻通訊產品更是區域網路走向寬頻廣域網路的通訊利器;未來只要加強 研發並擴充產品之應用層次,將是公司保持競爭力的不二法門。

(3)持續提昇品質、降低產品之生產成本:

掌握關鍵零組件的來源、提昇工作人員的素質、生產自動化及全面品管等,將 是目前及未來重要的經營策略。

(4)持續引進國內外高科技人才:

為因應未來知識經濟的來臨,除了雇用國內理工科系畢業生從事研發工作外,

更將配合政府開放高科技人才的政策,引進國外高級技術人才,讓技術生根,

並讓產品更有國際競爭力。
